Winner of 6 races: Prix Cambacérès G1, Prix Georges de Talhouët Roy G2 as well as Prix Stanley, Robert Lejeune and Grandak, Listed. All at Auteuil, trained by Arnaud Chaillé-Chaillé.
BEAUMEC DE HOUELLE started off with a win in Prix Grandak L and remained unbeaten until Prix Aguado G3 where he came 3rd for his only defeat.
Superbly bred - by MARTALINE out of ZANDALEE (Trempolino), a Black Type at Auteuil from a classic damline. He is the first National Hunt stallion of his generation to have sired a Black Type.
In 2025, he remains among the top 10 National Hunt stallions in France and Europe, based on total prize-money earned as of 31/12/2025, notably achieving a 44% winners-to-runners ratio.
He is also ranked 3rd leading sire of three-year-olds and 4th leading sire of four-year-olds among stallions standing in France.
In 2025, he sired several Black-Type performers, including BELLODAM, second in a Grade 1; LOVELY GUY, winner of the Prix Roger Saint (Listed); MELISSE DU MATHAN, third in the Prix Magalen Bryant (Grade 2); KIM ROQUE, second in the Grand Steeple-Chase de Dieppe (Listed); LORD BLAGNY, third in the Prix Questarabad (Grade 3); and POLO ET MARIE, second in the Prix Hopper (Grade3).
LA PINSONNIÈRE also confirmed her class this year, finishing second in a Listed race at Cheltenham.
In the sales rings this year, Leader Crik was sold for £160,000 (€184,000) at the Spring Hit Sale. At the 2025 Arke Sale, five offspring changed hands for an average price seven times higher than his current stud fee. At the 2025 Derby Sale, Gold Steel fetched €105,000.
